Sun-Grown
Every plant finishes under unfiltered, full-spectrum sunlight. That complete spectrum shapes the plant's chemistry all season long, not just how big it grows.
Native Soil
Roots grow straight into the hillside's own ground — no raised beds, no imported mix. A biologically active soil feeds the plant on its own schedule, cycling nutrients through microbial and fungal activity rather than a feed chart.
Hillside Microclimates
Our blocks sit above the valley floor, where fog lingers into morning, afternoons run warm, and nights swing sharply cooler. That daily temperature shift is part of what concentrates the terpenes and resin behind each strain's finished character.
Full Term
Plants stay in the ground for a complete natural season, finishing on the plant's own timeline instead of a light-dep clock. That extra time lets flavor and resin compounds keep developing long after an indoor harvest would have cut them short.
Unique Terroir
Borrowed from winemaking, terroir describes how soil, climate, and genetics combine to give a crop a character tied to one specific place. The same genetics grown here won't express quite the same way anywhere else — the hillside itself is part of the outcome.
OCal certified organic
Our farming practices are certified through California's OCal organic program — no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or growth regulators. We feed the soil the way this land has always been farmed, with natural inputs the biology can actually use.
